The Celebrity SkiFest will start off the Deer Valley season December 5th and
6th. This is the 18th edition benefiting the Waterkeeper Alliance and the
U.S. Ski and Snowboard Association. Come to Deer Valley and see celebrities
and teams of Olympic champions from all over race against each other including Deer Valley’s own Heidi Voelker and Phil and Steve Mahre. It is free to watch! Festivities will take place on the Birdseye run located mid-mountain at the Silver Lake area.

The next weekend Phil and Steve Mahre will be back at Deer Valley for the Mahre Training Center.  The Training center is offered in three and five day sessions. They will be on the mountain skiing with participants and their instructors working on techniques that helped the brothers win Olympic medals in 1984. You’ll see people on the hill doing
all kinds of skills and drills that will help their balance and improve their overall skiing ability. This program is offered to all ability levels 12 years and older. To get more information on the camps check out Deer Valley’s website deervalley.com
