In addition, Summit Meadows Adventures guided snowmobiling tours will open on Saturday, December 3, 2016. Operated by Deer Valley Resort, Summit Meadows Adventures is located on the beautiful Garff Ranch, just eight miles from historic Main Street in Park City, Utah. Complimentary transportation from Park City is available. Summit Meadows Adventures operates daily, weather and conditions permitting. Deer Valley’s The Mariposa restaurant opens on Friday, December 2 for the winter season. Savor a variety of dishes and explore the world of flavors from The Mariposa’s small plate menu. The restaurant will feature a special throughout the first two weeks of the resort’s 2016-2017 winter season. Diners who purchase one small plate will receive the second one free (of equal or lesser value) from December 2 to 15, 2016. Deer Valley will be hosting the Deer Valley Celebrity Skifest on Birdseye ski run at noon on Saturday, December 3 and Sunday, December 4, 2016. The races are free to the public and can be viewed from the Silver Lake area at mid-mountain. The annual event benefits the Waterkeeper® Alliance. Come cheer on your favorite stars and Olympic athletes. The weekend’s races will be broadcast the following Sunday, December 11 on CBS at 5 p.m. EST (please check local listings).

Deer Valley Grocery~Café: Open daily, year-round from 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
The Brass Tag: Open daily, year-round from 3 to 10 p.m. with dinner service from 5:30 to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday evenings and until 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday evenings.

 

The Mariposa: Opens Friday, December 2. The Mariposa is open Tuesday through Sunday evenings during the winter season from 5:45 to 9 p.m.

 

Snow Park Restaurant: Opens Saturday, December 3 and is open daily from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

 

Silver Lake Restaurant: Opens Saturday, December 3 and is open daily from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

 

Snowshoe Tommy’s: Opens Saturday, December 3 for Turkey Chili, sweets, espresso drinks, and hot and cold beverages. Open daily, conditions permitting from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

 

EBS Lounge: Opens Saturday, December 3 for wine, beer, cocktails and appetizers with live music on the weekends.  EBS is will be open daily from 2:30 to 6 p.m.

 

Seafood Buffet: Opens Friday, December 9 and serves dinner Thursday through Sunday evenings during the winter season from 6:15 to 9 p.m.

 

Royal Street Café: Opens Friday, December 9 for lunch and Friday, December 16 for dinner.  Royal Street Café is open daily for lunch, après ski and dinner from 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.

 

Fireside Dining: Opens Friday, December 9 and serves dinner Wednesday through Saturday evenings from 5:45 to 9 p.m.

 

Bald Mountain Pho: Opens Friday, December 9. Located in Silver Lake Lodge and open daily from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

 

Empire Canyon Grill: Scheduled to open Saturday, December 10 (weather dependent) and will be open daily from 9:15 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

 

Cushing’s Cabin: Scheduled to open Saturday, December 10 (weather dependent) and will be open daily from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
